WHERE IT ALL STARTED

Steve and Claire aka HODGE & HUGGETT are the  husband and wife duo behind The Duck Shed.

Together they have over 30 years combined  culinary experience, working at top restaurants  in the UK and New York.

They been trading over eight years at major  events, running crew and artist catering, location catering for film and TV, multiple street food stalls, pop-up restaurants, festivals and weddings simultaneously.

Sustainability

We are very passionate about our environment and sustainability. When we featured on Million Pound Menu, our restaurant concept was zero waste, community led. We have always used biodegradable, or wherenot possible, recyclable packaging. We were on one the first street food stalls to sign up to Plastic Free City London and be awarded Platinum in our practises. Our product is cooked fresh and made to order so food waste is minimal to zero. We also use the whole duck so nothing is gone to waste.
